Want to know a GREAT way to see some changes? (Since "change is comin')?

I agree about the urine test, but if you are on welfare and you have a young baby, and noone to help take care of it, no family support, then would they expect you to drag a baby out somewhere to do some community service? What if you are handicapped with kids, and you can't perform community service like a quadripeligic, etc. What if you're blind, and on welfare? Think of all the scenarios, before you just throw it out there that everybody on welfare is "using the system, and being lazy" and they are all working, functioning adults!!!
