Is it possible to cirvent the copyright infringement rules on youtube?

Okay, in more detail. I have several music videos I have made where I take footage from a film and set to appropriate music. Yes, I realize that I do not own the copyright to the footage or music, and that it is illegal but that's a whole other argument so if anyone has problems with using someone else's copyrighted work for non-profit purposes then don't bother commenting on this post. So anyway some of my videos have been banned by youtube at the request of certain big corporations. Now, I have seen other videos use the footage from the same films and it is obvious that they do not have any copywritten permission to use that footage, but they're not banned. I won't get into how unfair that is, but all I want to know is if there is some special way to get around having my video banned, or if that's just a silly idea and I was just one of the unfortunate few to have my video banned.
