HELP! How can I control ual Urgings at the works place?

I need helps controlling my ual Urgings at the works place ok? Ever sense our new cos worker Peters Funderheimer came in, i have been eyeballings him. everytime he walks by my desked or cubicled i just stare with my mouths wide open for several minutes ok? sometimes i pretend to make cops in the copped room just so i can walk by his desk and stare. lately my ual urgings have grown stronger towards Peters and i snucks up behinds him the other day and took some snapshots with my kodak so i could keep some snapshots of him around my cubicled ok? so everywhere i put Peters snapshots i cant stop lookings and the other day i wanted to gropes the snapshot of him.. what should i do? my ual Urgings are blowing out of controls ok?
