Audible Clicking In Chest?

Lately while lying down I can hear an audible clicking coming from around the left side my chest. I've read that it could be MVP, but the clicking is not in sync with my heartbeat (not sure if that makes a difference). I'm 18 & have no health issues, also there is no pain in my chest area... just a really annoying ticking. Any ideas? Thanks.
