A song from either "Franklyn" or "Donnie Darko"?

I apologize in advance for the vague detail, but there is a song that has haunted me ever since I heard it, but I can't remember which it is from. All I remember about it is it was set in a minor key with mostly piano and a man with a more mellow voice singing it. I *think* it's in one of the end credits to one of these movies. I would consider it a somewhat eerie song. Any help is greatly appreciated.
