What does this shakespeare monologue mean?

Helena loves Demetrius, and is unhappy that he dumped her for Hermia. She thinks he's deluded, and may well change his mind. She's going to tell him that Hermia has run off to the woods, knowing he'll follow her there. Partly she hopes he'll be grateful, and partly she sees it as an opportunity, when everyone's off their normal patch, to try to get him back again.
