Court hearing for custody of my daughter?

I have A COURT hearing for my two year old. on june 9th and i plan on representing myself..She has resided with her granparent's for ten months b.c i moved and wasnt stable enough to take her along,no job ,no nothing so i'm not puttin my daughter in th situation..so i went got a job apart....etc.....Then moved back home about half an hour from my daughter...and her granparents went for full custody.....but i'm not giving her up w/o one hell of a fight that's my daughter but living in pa..the granparents can get custody....help!!!!!!!
