Keep out of Journal warnings?! ?

My sister is a nosey little bug an di want to keep her out of my journal... she doesn't freak out easily but i want a "keep out of journal" thing that'ss really scary and will make her think twise about reading myjournall. Please help me it would be HIGHLY appreaciated!
