How you get your orphan back on WoW after completing all the quests?

You simply need to return to the orphanage in either SW, Org or Shattrah and ask the matron for a new whistle. You will be able to complete the achievements even after completing the quests themselves and turning in your original whistle. The only one you won't be able to talk to again is the Matron in Dalaran.
